I really like the apartments here. I am a little disappointed that the fitness center doesn't have any free weights but other than that I have no complaints. Getting packages is easy, and the office is very helpful with all the questions I have.
The new management team seems to care about the community and appears to be implementing changes and improving the amenities. I would like to see more communication and interaction from the office staff, but that's easy to fix.
Not a bad place to live. The bridges has a really nice view and comfy/ homey apartments! We just got new management and they seem to be on top of things!
The apartment has a nice view with high ceilings and nice natural lighting. The amenities are ok and the maintenance is a bit iffy. The building is usually quite dirty but the new management seems to be better.
My overall experience has been good. The new management has definitely been a step up from the last. It is good to see improvements being made around the property.

rates are decent when discounted. Apartments are nice with great views. Would be nice to actually have access to amenities like sky lounge..
